Our barn features
12' x 12' matted stalls, shavings with sliding doors.
Each stall has a metal fan, with 2 water buckets

Pastures
Pastures are approximately 1 - 2 acres each. Typically, 3-4 horses will be turned out in each.

All fencing is being upgraded to 5' No Climb wire with a wood top rail. No barbed wire.
Turn out is usually 12 hours+ per day. Our fields dry quickly. We rarely have to keep horses inside due to mud.

There are currently 2 run-in shelters in the fields.

What We Offer
In the heart of Magnolia, TX we offer several acres of fields with plenty of turnout 12'x12' matted stalls with fans. Turnout is important to our residents (your horses), we have nice grassy fields for them to run, play and eat in, complete with run in shed or shade trees.
Boarders will have plenty of space for tack trunks, saddles, and any other gear they need for their horse. Currently we have a 120' x 70' sand arena right outside the barn and an additional120’ x 200’ outdoor grass ring with plenty of extra space to hack around the property!

Areas to ride are endless in all conditions with our 100' x 200' covered arena, 100' x 200' sand arena, and for the adventurous type a full mile gallop track. And if your watching a lesson you can watch from the comfort of our air conditioned ringside lounge.
